The Cloud Media Solutions organization builds technologies and innovations that easily integrate into service providers’ infrastructure to make content experiences more effective, meaningful, and engaging for consumers. About the Role: We are seeking a motivated UX Research Intern to join our User Experience team. This role is designed for an undergraduate student interested in learning and contributing to real-world UX research practices. The intern will assist in executing ongoing research projects and help create tools and materials that enable non-researchers to conduct lightweight research.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or related field).
Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
Comfortable with common productivity tools (e.g., Office, Teams)
Interest in learning and applying UX research practices in a professional setting.
Working towards a Bachelor's in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply.
Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 6 months between May/June 2026– August/September 2026.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with qualitative research methods (interviews, usability testing) is a plus.
Coursework or projects related to UX research.
Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, survey platforms (optional).
Located in the San Francisco Bay Area for potential in-person collaboration.
