About The Position
In this role, you’ll explore problem spaces with curiosity and critical thinking, helping the team uncover what users truly need. You’ll use research methods, data, and industry best practices to inform design decisions and ensure our solutions are grounded in real user insights. We’re looking for someone who can clearly communicate findings, collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers, and bring a genuine passion for learning and understanding people.
Requirements
- Entering your Junior or Senior year in an accredited User Experience Design, User Interaction Design, Design Research (or similar) degree or certification.
- A passion for understanding people and how they interact with technology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
- Assist with user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Help analyze findings to identify insights and opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Support documentation of research plans, notes, and reports.
