Drives adoption and manages high-quality execution to enhance business outcomes. Responsible for generating new concepts from inception to successful execution, managing strategic partnerships. This role involves leading the overall product from a UX/UI design perspective for the MVP product currently under development. Specific responsibilities include the following: Formulating UX/UI guidelines based on product requirements, user perspectives, and case studies from other companies Sharing UX/UI guidelines with external design agencies, providing design direction, and conducting reviews Performing UX/UI design tasks yourself to produce high-quality outputs quickly Participating in design sprints conducted in parallel with MVP development, and providing input and advice from a UX/UI perspective Designing and creating a design system with an eye toward commercial app implementation (including direction) Consulting, explaining, and reaching consensus with stakeholders such as product teams, engineers, and design agencies Providing feedback on the content of surveys conducted by a separately established research team, focusing on delivery and design specifications Conducting research is not included in this scope of work Scope: Budget, employees direct and indirect and other resources managed.
