About The Position
As an Environmental Services Utility Porter at MGM Resorts International, you will play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. This position requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service to ensure every visit is memorable. Your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the casino and public areas while supporting a positive guest experience. Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning various floor surfaces and utilizing equipment and machinery, such as lifts, side-by-side, ride on machines, and pallet jacks
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Has a valid Driver's License or the ability to obtain one
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a similar resort setting is preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
- Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
- Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
