About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Working a night shift schedule Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling Assist with routine inspections and basic maintenance of machinery Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical capability to perform manual labor in demanding conditions
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Responsibilities
