About The Position

We are looking for a Field Technician for our Bridgeport, WV office. In this role, you will be asked to: · Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions (year-round) and in residential, commercial, and industrial areas · Can endure walking (numerous miles a day), navigating (on foot or in a vehicle), and balancing objects which may weigh up to 20 pounds in congested and/or complex terrain. · Communicate with property owners and other external/internal stakeholders Utilize technology tools for data collection efforts as well as a telescopic fiberglass measurement stick to accurately measure clearances on utility poles Collect field data and maintain daily and weekly report Willing to travel locally, statewide or regionally as required Qualifications: · High school diploma or GED · Experience with Katapult Pro is highly desired · Knowledge of pole design including NESC requirements and general safety practices is a plus. · Minimum 1 year of outdoor work-related experience · Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis The Thrasher Group Inc. promotes a family-oriented culture and recognizes the importance of a work-life balance. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of outdoor work-related experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis
