Schedule: Day Shift w/ Overtime Monday - Friday What you'll do: In this role, you’ll work closely with Vermeer Midwest Territory Managers to create an exceptional customer experience. You’ll serve as a product expert—demonstrating equipment, providing training, and helping ensure customers get the most out of their machines. Plan and manage weekly schedules and track customer activity in the CRM Conduct classroom, on‑site, and hands‑on training sessions Set up and operate equipment to demonstrate best‑in‑class productivity Perform product startups and equipment demonstrations Train on utility equipment including: Directional Boring Machines Mud Mixers & Reclaimers Truck & Trailer Vacs Plows, Trenchers, and Pile Drivers Proactively assess customer needs and recommend solutions Partner closely with the Vermeer Midwest sales team to share market insights and best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (ability to obtain CDL Class A preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- A customer‑first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- 2+ years of experience operating or repairing directional drilling and/or hydro vac equipment
Nice To Haves
- Post‑secondary education
- CDL Class A (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
