They will become a strong subject matter expert in the applications and platforms he/she supports, including knowing what the systems do, how they work, how they interact with other systems, what issues can arise, and how Wintrust users specifically use the applications.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of overall IT or business experience
  • Must be a logical analytical thinker
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an aptitude for attention to detail
  • Must be willing to provide support 24x7x365
  • Ability to work in a fast paced growing environment with ability to see tasks and projects through to completion on time

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and resolution of Level 1 issues encountered by end users
  • Assists with testing, identification and reporting of deficiencies discovered during core banking platforms and applications upgrades
  • Assists in providing conversion support for automated and manual conversions to core banking platforms
  • Continue to learn how their designated applications work, interact with other systems, and how Wintrust users specifically use the application
