Job Summary The Utility Account Manager serves as a primary point of connection between Itron and the utility stakeholders who rely on our EP&R SaaS solutions. In this role, you will build and grow strategic client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure clients are positioned to get the greatest value from our products. You will serve as an advocate for our customers—promoting a customer‑centric mindset—while engaging collaboratively across internal teams to deliver exceptional, innovative, and accountable service.
