Utilities Engineer - HVAC Systems

For Engineering services in the utilities and maintenance area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of experience in utilities activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Bilingual: Spanish and English. Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. Experience in: HVAC Systems Dry Product Utilities and facilities. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Provide technical support for HVAC systems in the Dry Product PR1 facility, ensuring reliable performance and environmental control. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize HVAC equipment, including air handlers, chillers, exhaust systems, and cleanroom controls. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to site procedures, safety standards, and GMP requirements. Review system performance data to identify deviations, improvement opportunities, and potential reliability risks. Support qualification, commissioning, and validation activities for HVAC systems and related equipment. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues that may impact production. Prepare and maintain documentation such as work records, change control inputs, and technical assessments. Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety regulations in all HVAC engineering activities. WHO WE ARE: We are a Service Provider company different from the rest. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of experience in utilities activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- Experience in HVAC Systems
- Experience in Dry Product
- Experience in Utilities and facilities.
