Impact You’ll Make Deliver responsive, high-quality technical support through Stout’s internal IT Help Desk, enhancing the overall user experience. Partner with the CIO, IT Manager, and IT Engineers to develop and improve a scalable, effective framework for managing user support and technology services. Ensure timely resolution of urgent technical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity across the organization. Support the reliability and performance of user-centric equipment, including desktops, workstations, peripherals, and office technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (completed or in progress).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in user support, help desk, or other IT-related roles.
  • Knowledge of current and previous versions of client operating systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (current and prior versions), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other widely used productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with desktop management toolsets and Local and Wide Area Networking (LAN/WAN).
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage long-term projects from start to finish while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with management and staff.
  • Detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

  • Experience in a professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Help Desk requests and ensure urgent and high-priority issues are addressed promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments.
  • Install, image, configure, and maintain Stout workstations, office machines, and other technology devices.
  • Identify, research, and resolve advanced technical problems, escalating or coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with staff to customize technical solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Support desktop management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within IT operations.
  • Perform additional technical and operational IT tasks requiring creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability.
