The Role: We’re seeking a Product Researcher to help shape the future of our AI-powered marketing platforms by delivering continuous, actionable user insight. This role is foundational to how we build product — embedding research early and often to inform roadmap decisions, experimentation, and user experience strategy. You’ll blend qualitative discovery, quantitative data, and AI-enhanced synthesis to uncover user motivations, identify friction, and quantify opportunities that drive Product-Led Growth (PLG).

  • Strong command of qualitative research methods with comfort applying mixed-method approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience tying research insights to measurable product or UX improvements.
  • Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG), MarTech, or tools used by marketers or creators.
  • Background building or scaling research practices within growing product organizations.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and behavioral or product analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify friction and opportunities across the end-to-end user journey, from sign-up and activation through long-term engagement and retention.
  • Plan and conduct discovery research, usability testing, and concept validation, connecting insights directly to product and design decisions.
  • Build and scale research programs that enable continuous feedback loops and faster learning.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Growth teams to connect qualitative insights with behavioral analytics.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, uncover patterns, and scale insights across teams.
  • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively through artifacts such as journey maps, frameworks, opportunity models, and experiment recommendations.

Benefits

  • Competitive benefits including: medical/dental/vision insurance, life/accident/disabilities insurance, supplemental health benefits, FSA, EAP and pet insurance
  • Generous time off (we call it Open Time Away) as well as paid holidays and a birthday benefit day off.
  • Paid Volunteer Time
  • 401k plan with a company match on your contributions.
  • Employee-centric and supportive remote work environment with flexibility.
  • Support for life events including paid parental leave.
