The Player Insights team at TGC helps build a player-centric culture by running qualitative and quantitative studies that connect our development team with the impact of their work. We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to help our designers better understand our players, allowing them to make better decisions that bring more joy and happiness. This role requires strong quantitative research skills, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and proficiency with analytical tools, to drive data-informed decision-making. The candidate will also mentor peers on quantitative research methodologies to build team expertise.
