What you will do Own a core lifecycle phase end-to-end (post-acquisition onboarding, conversion, engagement, renewal, or win-back), with accountability for user outcomes and business impact. Define lifecycle strategy and hypotheses by identifying target user behaviors, prioritizing initiatives, and setting success metrics tied to funnel and cohort performance. Design, sequence, and lead experimentation across automation, segmentation, messaging, timing, and triggers, and make clear decisions on what to scale, iterate, or stop. Translate lifecycle data into decisions, diagnosing drop-offs, engagement decay, or churn patterns and adjusting strategy based on evidence rather than intuition. Set execution standards and guide specialists, reviewing work, unblocking delivery, mentoring execution talent, and ensuring learnings compound across the team.
