The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company is currently seeking a user acceptance tester to provide pre-release planning and testing in the UAT environment to ensure business rules and requirements are met. The pay range for this position is $xx,xxx - $xxx,xxx annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Requirements

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong customer service skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • the ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • UA test experience is preferred but not required
  • knowledge of Life Insurance products and practices is preferred
  • a college degree preferred, but not required
  • pursuing LOMA exams is preferred

Responsibilities

  • build and execute test scripts, track and document test results
  • find and escalate defects found during the testing
  • use analytical skills to further define issues and defects in the various Life Systems
  • assist with Production Support and Projects as needed
  • work with Policy Services to triage and resolve inforce policy errors and execute specific policy changes
