The Used Equipment Consultant serves as a trusted business advisor to equipment dealers across North and South America, leveraging deep knowledge of equipment, customers, and market dynamics to translate insights into actionable go‑to‑market strategies. You'll spend 75% of your time consulting with dealers to shape go-to-market (GTM) approaches and align marketing plans to local market demand, and 25% facilitating the sale of Caterpillar used equipment to ensure a robust, competitive fleet. This role requires strong analytical capability, bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish), and the ability to convert data and market signals into commercial action.
