About The Position

This position will be responsible for the coordination and support of the Used Equipment Department activities, including but not limited to the Execution of Trade Packages and most Administrative Duties. Primarily responsible for Trade Package Investigation, Receiving, Verification and Promotion; Invoice & Order Processing; Inventory, Data & Cost Tracking; Inventory Movement (Inbound & Outbound); Customer/Supplier/Internal Skyjack Interactions; Intake & Re-Sales Reporting; and other duties as assigned. Ensuring day-to-day management is balanced with Skyjack’s overall strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to details and energetic in all duties, working in a fast-paced environment while shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft office suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Superior experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Ability to multi-tasking and working in a face paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize duties based on timing & demand, and demonstrate common sense
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently as required with the ability to problem solve effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business, Trades, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 2+ years of experiences in a similar or related role is preferred.
  • Technical and mechanical knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage various aspects of insides sales activities including, invoicing and credits, Inventory tracking and reporting and promotion of available inventory.
  • Assist the Used Equipment Manager with all aspects of Trade Deal activities including, coordinating trade machine lists with sales team and customers, coordinating logistics, receiving, inspection and/or sales activities for trade-in equipment, trade package purchase order generation, invoicing and payment approvals, inventory management and cost tracking by asset
  • Regular reporting on various aspects of the Used Equipment Department, such as Asset intake, Asset re-sales, days in inventory
  • Liaise with a variety of customers including Partner Holding Yards, suppliers, logistics, outside sales, Marketing etc.
  • Occasional travel may be required within the United States - a valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract is essential
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
