Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (used car experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair used vehicles for resale
- Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and multi-point inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete quality reconditioning work to get vehicles front-line ready
- Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly vehicle prep goals
- Communicate with service advisors and parts department as needed
