About The Position

Compensation
• 100% Commission – 30% front end / 10% back end
• Average earning potential: $75,000+ annually: 65,000-150,000+
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Previous experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits (valid driver’s license required)
• Provide clear quotes and assist customers through the financing process
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and review key features, warranty coverage, and final documents with customers
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on used inventory
• Perform other duties as assigned
