The right candidates: Will have their State Inspection Certification (required) Will have 1 year or more of relevant on the job and/or apprenticeship experience (preferred) Have worked with a business or industry that makes a superior customer experience the priority Able to work with multiple product lines Knowledge with aftermarket parts/vendors to complete a repair Maintain a positive mindset and are always looking for the up-side to any challenge Work with integrity to stay self-motivated and productive Enjoy learning and applying new skills Practice great communication by listening as well as conversing Job Duties/Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Thoroughly inspect vehicles for proper reconditioning so they may be retailed. Skills to perform basic maintenance and vehicle repair needs Works well with team members and advisors Proficient with diagnosing concerns pertaining to drivetrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, etc. Maintain a clean workspace Basic knowledge required to work on a computer and learn new programs Have your own tools (specialty tools will be provided) Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered Come join our family, grow with us, and watch yourself grow as we will invest in the invested! Hours: 40 hours per week, overtime may be available or required at times based on business needs. Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday, and 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Sunday. Must be able to work either Saturdays or Sundays.
