About The Position

Used Car Sales Professional – Gordon Chevrolet Gordon Chevrolet is known throughout the community for its family atmosphere, strong leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We’re growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced Used Car Sales Professional who can step in, make an immediate impact, and contribute to an already high-performing team.

Requirements

Proven automotive sales experience (preferred—used car experience a plus)
A professional who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
Ability to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday (until 3 PM)
Team-oriented mindset with a competitive drive to succeed

Responsibilities

Greet customers and conduct a thorough needs assessment
Guide customers through the vehicle selection process with a consultative approach
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and value
Confidently handle objections and close deals
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Follow up with customers using CRM tools to drive repeat and referral business
Stay current on inventory, market trends, and product knowledge
Complete required GM training and work closely with sales leadership to achieve goals
