About The Position
At Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast, we represent the pinnacle of luxury automotive retail. Our pre-owned department is a high-volume, high-performance environment supported by a tenured leadership team, strong inventory, and a culture built on professionalism and results. We are seeking a seasoned automotive sales professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced, and client-focused environment. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a proven closer with a minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience who understands how to build value and deliver a white-glove customer experience. You will work alongside a highly motivated, professional team with established processes, strong leadership support, and consistent showroom and digital traffic. Please be ready to prove sales history and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
- Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
