Requirements

2 years of Automotive Sales Management experience (USED CAR MANAGEMENT PREFERRED).
Proficient at operation a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
Strong take charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include requiting, training and motivating.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the local market and auctions.
Real attitude with high-energy personality.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
Professional appearance and work ethic.

ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet monthly forecast for used car sales volume sustaining sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales department.
Ensure that salespeople are informed of all used inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentives. In addition build rapport with them and assist with their sales.
Appraise all incoming used vehicles.
Ensure that cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning is performed within the dealership's cost and time limitations.
Establishes and controls wholesaling activities.
Work with General Managers to forecast monthly sales expenses.
Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Values in all interaction with the customers, co-workers and vendors.
Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
