Requirements

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager at a luxury automotive brand is required
• Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Track record of driving profitability and managing high-end inventory
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the used vehicle operation, including inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and profitability
• Source and acquire pre-owned inventory that meets Porsche and luxury brand standards
• Manage appraisals, trade-ins, and wholesale strategies
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to maximize gross and turn
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards
