Your Role As our Used Car Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire used vehicle operation - from appraisals and pricing strategy to inventory management, reconditioning flow, and turn performance . You'll lead a strong team and use powerful tools like vAuto and ProfitTime to drive smarter inventory decisions and maximize profitability. You'll also collaborate closely with F&I and service to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient internal processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Used Car Management
- Proven leadership and coaching ability
- Deep understanding of vehicle appraisals , inventory turn , and profit strategies
- vAuto and ProfitTime experience and full commitment is essential
- Track record of hitting volume and gross profit goals
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized
- Clean, valid driver's license
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
