As our Used Car Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire used vehicle operation - from appraisals and pricing strategy to inventory management, reconditioning flow, and turn performance. You'll lead a strong team and use powerful tools like vAuto and ProfitTime to drive smarter inventory decisions and maximize profitability. You'll also collaborate closely with F&I and service to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient internal processes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Used Car Management
Proven leadership and coaching ability
Deep understanding of vehicle appraisals, inventory turn, and profit strategies
vAuto and ProfitTime experience and full commitment is essential
Track record of hitting volume and gross profit goals
Data-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized
Clean, valid driver's license
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
