Route 128 Honda, one of New England’s highest‑volume dealerships, is looking for an experienced, driven, and leadership‑focused Used Car Sales Manager to take our pre‑owned operation to the next level. If you’re a strong closer, an excellent trainer, and you know how to retail cars fast, profitably, and with exceptional customer satisfaction , we want to talk to you.

Requirements

  • Automotive sales leadership experience required
  • Strong desking, closing, and deal-structure skills
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership ability with a passion for coaching and developing people
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a competitive mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the used car sales team
  • Drive performance to exceed volume and gross profit goals
  • Desk deals, support salespeople, and close deals daily
  • Work closely with the Used Car Manager on pricing, merchandising, and inventory
  • Ensure quality presentations, proper follow-up, and high CSI standards
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, performance tracking, and team accountability
  • Coach, train, and develop sales staff to perform at their highest level
  • Help retail a clean, fast-moving, optimized used car inventory
