Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with an ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in computer and telephone skills, including familiarity with the Internet and MS Outlook; proficiency in CDK is advantageous.
  • A degree in automotive technology or equivalent military experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
  • Candidates must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing.

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify their needs using the Asbury selling process.
  • Building rapport with customers to develop a referral network.
  • Responding to internet inquiries promptly and providing product information with pricing.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for customer visits.
  • Conducting follow-up calls for inquiries, after-sales, and repeat business opportunities.
  • Facilitating test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
