About The Position

Sky Auto Group is growing—and we’re looking for a Used Car Manager who knows how to WIN. This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. This is a hands-on, numbers-driven, inventory-obsessed position for someone who understands how to acquire the right cars, price them to market, and turn inventory FAST. If you live in V Auto, watch your aging like a hawk, and take pride in grosses and turn—you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Used Car Manager or top-performing Assistant
• Strong understanding of market-based pricing & inventory strategy
• Ability to move quickly and make confident buying decisions
• Track record of driving volume AND gross
• High energy, competitive mindset, and no-excuses attitude
• Experience with tools like V Auto, Dealer track, appraisal systems

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for used car department performance
• Aggressive inventory acquisition (auctions, trades, street buys)
• Pricing strategy using real-time market data (V Auto, etc.)
• Managing inventory turn, aging, and profitability
• Partnering with sales managers to maximize every opportunity
• Desk deals and support the sales floor when needed
• Ensuring strong online merchandising (photos, pricing, descriptions)
• Daily accountability to KPIs and performance metrics
