Requirements

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self starter, mentally and ambitious
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well groomed appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Automotive Manager experience
• We are on a Reynolds ERA Ignite system

Responsibilities

• CRM process driven
• Exhibit consultative selling skills
• Must be a proven closer
• Auto Sales Management is a must
• Evaluate trade Appraisals using market trend analysis.
• Vauto, Auto Vision knowledge is a plus.
• Perform at a high quality and professional level
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Familiar with wholesaling vehicles
• Knowledge of purchasing vehicles from the auction
