We provide top-notch training to ensure your success. As a Used Car Buyer/Trade-In Specialist, you are responsible for identifying, evaluating, and presenting vehicle values to our guests. Using our advanced digital tools, you will acquire vehicles for our used car department while creating a valuable guest experience for those looking to sell or trade in their vehicles.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience
- Strong communication skills-both in person and over the phone
- Confidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the vehicle trade-in or selling process
- Experience with cold calling, telemarketing or similar outreach preferred
- Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and work independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading in their vehicle
- Using our technology to identify vehicles of interest within existing service appointments
- Creating exciting custom evaluations and presenting to both our sales and service guests
- Logging outreach and customer status updates in the CRM system
- Partnering with General Managers and Used Car Managers to understand inventory needs and source accordingly
- Occasionally attending car auctions to scout vehicle opportunities and support store-level buying goals
