The COVID & Adult Vaccines Consumer Lead is a leadership role in the consumer vaccines franchise with 2 critical oversight responsibilities: Consumer Business Lead for the COVID Adult Business , partnering closely with the Asset leader and other channel leads on the business, and quarterbacking/partnering with the consumer marketers to develop the right consumer tactical execution to meet business needs. The candidate will partner with the pediatric/maternal leads for continuity. Consumer Adult Vaccines Portfolio Advertising Co-lead, strategizing, developing, and working with team to execute and optimize a robust omni-channel portfolio-wide marketing plan The role will require the ability to identify and understand complex drivers of consumer behavior across many broad dimensions, develop meaningful insights and create compelling strategies to influence consumer behavior against audiences that have a high propensity to vaccinate. The ideal candidate will have high learning agility and demonstrated prior success in leading key marketing and strategic initiatives. The candidate will join a team that operates in an environment that embraces and encourages innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Workload includes: Ensure COVID business needs & consumer insights are well represented in all portfolio work & ensure COVID specific executions are aligned to Asset priorities Senior leader in partnership with RC & senior internal stakeholders Scenario planning with product team on competitive dynamics/indication priorities Budget/resource allocation management Oversight over consumer asset development Media partnership, including prioritization of budget between channels & buy up/cut back decisions in partnership with media Leadership in measurement and optimization strategies from first portfolio season to advance within 2026 framework
