Sr. Manager- US Vaccines Portfolio Marketing Program Implementation | Why Patients Need You Pfizer has pioneered innovation in vaccines for over 25 years and in most recent years has developed an industry leading portfolio of assets aligned to CDC/ACIP recommendations. Pfizer has created a new organization designed to lead portfolio marketing efforts in priority areas complementing brand teams by driving scale, consistency, and portfolio level impact. What You Will Achieve As the Senior Manager of Vaccines Portfolio Marketing Program you will report to Portfolio Marketing Program Implementation Lead. You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of tactics to enable the marketing plan increasing vaccine implementation/utilization including- Reminder Recall/Adherence programs, Health Information Technology Strategy & Execution, key external partnerships that advance vaccine implementation (e.g. AMGA vaccine confidence in coverage, growing IZ rates, Part D adjudication) You will be a key member of a team of marketers focused on breakthrough execution at scale delivering strategies, tactics and resources to help customers overcome barriers to adult, adolescent and pediatric immunization growing immunization rates in line with CDC/ACIP guidelines and brand strategies. You will participate in high performing cross-functional team with internal partners (Brand Teams, Field Teams, Medical, Retail & Access, Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Tech, Training, Marketing CoE) and leverage key external partners to maximize budget/resources driving best-in-class strategies and execution while measuring performance and driving continuous improvement in the strategies/execution. Scope and impact This work will have broad scope and impact working across every Pfizer brand/asset, all key customer segments, with the scale to deliver meaningful change in the external market which accelerates business objectives. Key measures of success Scaling of existing and new vaccine implementation programs which increase immunization rates, Exceeding annual commercial objectives, Exceeding immunization rate growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 6+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences
  • Experience developing marketing tactics and managing Review Committee approval process

  • Vaccines sales / marketing experience
  • Health Information Technology marketing experience
  • Understanding of vaccines business and evolving healthcare landscape including organized customer (IDNs/Medical Groups) decision making process and opportunities to improve product adoption and utilization
  • Understanding of vaccine implementation programs including HIT, EMR systems, adherence programs including system functionality as it relates to the patient journey and key external partners
  • Hands-on/personal experience with top EHRs and HIT platforms and key external partners to deploy vaccine programs improving implementation/utilization
  • Limited travel expectations: Travel may include attendance at sales meetings and field rides
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and execute tactics with internal and external partners to pull through the program implementation marketing plan at scale
  • Collaborate with advertising and HIT agencies and other key external partners to design/develop and gain approval of tactics on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with customer facing teams, training, legal/medical/regulatory and other risk mitigation partners to execute and sustain pull through of vaccine implementation tactics
  • Manage RC-approval process for assigned tactics and resources
