The Sales & Training Executive (STE) is the face of Medik8 within Sephora. You will be responsible for driving "sell-through" by educating premium beauty retailers on our CSA Philosophy (Vitamin C, Sunscreen, Vitamin A) and ensuring our brand presence is flawless. You will manage a territory of high-volume doors, building deep relationships with Store Leadership to ensure Medik8 is the #1 recommended clinical brand on the floor, while actively managing budget and team performance to meet strategic goals.
