Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Job Summary The Mentor Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the US marketing organization, leading the US Portfolio, Life Cycle Management and conference strategies and being responsible for all marketing initiatives not directly tied to a specific Private practice or Hospital channel strategy. They will be part of a US marketing team including a Hospital Channel marketing manager and Private practice channel marketing manager and report directly into the US Marketing Director. The role is focused on US breast implant and tissue expander portfolios, driving innovation and brand growth. This role develops HCP and patient marketing materials and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners, the Marketing Manager uses market insights and new technologies to optimize campaigns and elevate brand presence. Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills are essential, along with experience in medical device marketing.
