About The Position

This is an opportunity for a high-energy, execution-driven marketing professional to put their creativity and commercial mindset to work. As a US Events & Market Activation Lead, you will be the driving force behind how Attensi shows up in the US market from high-impact events to targeted account-based campaigns. We believe that strong experiences create strong pipelines. Working across hospitality, retail, HR tech, and L&D sectors, you will leverage your curiosity, creativity, and operational excellence to design and execute activations that engage the right buyers and drive measurable commercial outcomes. In addition to working with existing customers, you will partner closely with our commercial team to bring Attensi’s solutions to life for prospective clients through events, experiences, and tailored outreach. We are looking for curious, open-minded and action-oriented people with a passion for making an impact and building something tangible in a fast-paced environment. You have experience delivering high-quality events and campaigns, and you thrive in settings where execution, stakeholder collaboration, and commercial outcomes go hand in hand. You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and are comfortable operating close to customers and revenue teams.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in planning and executing B2B events end-to-end
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and measurable results from marketing activities
  • Experience working with account-based marketing (ABM) or targeted campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working closely with commercial teams and aligning on revenue goals
  • Ability to interpret business priorities and translate them into impactful activations
  • Comfort working with diverse stakeholders across functions and seniority
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and timelines effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, L&D, or related industries is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Owning and executing the US events calendar, from planning through to delivery and follow-up
  • Designing and activating high-impact event experiences including booths, hosted dinners, and roundtables
  • Working closely with Sales to drive pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
  • Managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure flawless execution
  • Capturing and activating content from events, including customer stories and social proof
  • Running customer-facing sessions, meetings, and activations at events and in smaller formats
  • Partnering with customers to amplify advocacy through events and campaigns
  • Supporting commercial teams in prospective customer meetings through tailored activations and experiences
  • Tracking performance, pipeline impact, and ROI across all activities
  • Taking an active role in building and scaling Attensi’s presence in the US market
