Overview: The US Direct Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through both the expansion of existing customer accounts and the development of new business for Tourmaline Enterprises. This role focuses on selling industrial coding and marking solutions directly to end users, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. The US Direct Sales Representative will develop and execute an annual territory plan (West) to achieve revenue targets and maintain profitable margins across product lines. This individual will actively engage with customers across assigned regions, identify application-specific needs, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver tailored solutions that align with operational requirements. The role requires consistent travel within the territory to build strong customer relationships, generate pipeline, and close new business.
