Recently, we secured a $20 million Series B funding round to fuel our U.S. expansion and advance our mission: to make human knowledge digital, enhanced by AI, and widely accessible. Private equity sits at the center of Arbolus’ U.S. growth story. The U.S. is our fastest-growing region, with private equity one of its main engines. This leadership role takes over from one of our earliest employees, who moved from the U.K. to the U.S. to establish our office and build the private equity business from the ground up. We are seeking someone to take this strong foundation and accelerate it further - leading, shaping, and scaling our U.S. private equity practice. You will own new business generation, account expansion, and user engagement, while positioning Arbolus’ AI, data, services, and product solutions to help clients innovate and transform how they engage with primary insights. Today, Arbolus already works with a strong roster of Tier 1 large-cap and mid-market private equity funds. Over the next three years, our ambition is to partner with every tech‑oriented large-cap and mid-market firm. Our solutions are built for these teams - there is no reason they shouldn’t all be leveraging our platform and benefiting from our innovations. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will lead from the front, push boundaries, adapt quickly, and combine strategic thinking with relentless execution. Overseeing sales, research, and client-facing teams, you will report directly to the Head of the Region and play a key role in shaping our U.S. private equity strategy - what we sell, who we sell to, and how we deliver differentiated value. Note: The exact title for this role will be determined based on the individual and their level of experience.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Background in Expert Networks, Market Research, Consulting, or Data/Platform Sales - ideally with exposure to private equity clients and B2B tech assets.
  • Leadership & Management: Proven track record of managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Sales & Client Management: Success in growing relationships with top-tier clients, driving new business, and expanding key accounts through strategic engagement and commercial excellence.
  • Product & Value Orientation: Experience influencing or contributing to product development, ensuring clients gain maximum value from data and platform solutions.
  • Hands-On & Results-Driven: Thrives in a dynamic setting, comfortable balancing strategy and execution while leading from the front.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Leadership: Work closely with the Regional Leader to set and execute the U.S. private equity go‑to‑market strategy, manage a high‑performing sales team, and embed best practices across the business.
  • Client Engagement & Growth: Partner with top‑tier funds to deepen relationships, expand accounts, and ensure clients capture full value from our data, AI, and service solutions.
  • Product & Value Development: Contribute to the evolution of our products, shaping how clients derive value from our data and product solutions, and ensuring feedback drives continuous improvement.
  • Team Development: Mentor and scale a team of Team Leads, Senior Associates, and Associates, fostering high performance and professional growth.
  • Lead from the Front: Drive execution by running client meetings, setting expectations, and ensuring seamless expert engagement through calls and video.
  • Strategic Expansion: Identify and capture opportunities to broaden Arbolus’ footprint in U.S. private equity, directly influencing how we sell, what we sell, and who we sell to.
