This position offers the opportunity to build and grow a comprehensive urology service while serving a diverse and rapidly growing patient population. The ideal candidate will play a central role in improving access to specialty care throughout Madera County and surrounding rural communities. Why Madera? Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • California medical license (or eligibility)
  • Strong commitment to mission-driven, community-focused care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Perform a full range of urologic procedures, diagnostics, and surgical interventions
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in shared call coverage as needed
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts and hospital initiatives
