Your Mission in Action An Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Case Manager is responsible for providing case management and supportive services to children and youth in foster care and foster families, referred to the URM program. The position is to act as a liaison between the referring agency functioning effectively with moderate supervision following agency standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements. The mission of the Upbring Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Program is to promote effective resettlement and rapid self-sufficiency for refugees in the state.
