About The Position

This role is responsible for monitoring the quality of fruit, ensuring the continual flow of cranberries to the production line, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the area. Responsibilities

• Monitoring the quality of fruit, and advising the Quality Coordinator or Team Lead of any foreign material or food safety issue.
• Operates hydraulic lift to break multiple line drivers and operators.
• Removes excess fruit from bottom of bins.
• Ensures the continual flow of cranberries to the production line by communicating with forklift driver.
• Ensures area remains clean at all manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Assists with bin breakdown when required.
• Follows Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Upgrade Clean and Relief which includes daily and weekly line wash down and sanitation including weekly ATP testing.
• Assist Maintenance.
