About The Position

Chapman BMW is hiring a Customer Experience & Upgrade Specialist to join our Upgrade Center team! We’re looking for a customer-focused, sales-driven professional who is passionate about cars and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will engage with BMW owners to present vehicle upgrade opportunities, educate clients on the latest features and incentives, and help drive sales in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous automotive sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Professional, reliable, and organized
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

Responsibilities

• Engage with BMW owners to present vehicle upgrade options
• Deliver a personalized, world-class customer experience

• Coordinate test drives and assist with trade-in evaluations

• Help achieve sales targets and upgrade goals
