Technical Proficiency: Strong keyboarding skills and comfort with computer systems; experience with Banner, Slate, or Scholarship Universe preferred. Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to record, compile, and manage complex information within established guidelines. Student-Centered Mindset: A strong customer service orientation focused on supporting students, parents, and university staff. Education: High School Diploma required and at least 2 years of general office experience. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Admissions, Scholarships, Financial Aid, or other university environments.
