Requirements

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or similar preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist the University Talent Manager with execution of campus recruitment strategies, which include entry-level hiring, internship and Co-Op programs, and job shadow initiatives, among others
  • Assist campus leads with the logistics of scheduling presentations, interviews, and other appearances at campus recruiting events
  • Support the Internship/Co-Op Programs, including evaluation process & follow up procedures
  • Assist with implementation of new policies and procedures to drive the success of campus recruiting
  • Utilize sourcing tools such as the internet, various job boards (handshake, university job boards, etc.), referrals, and other databases to assist in attracting quality candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews to obtain specific work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications and/or needs of applicants
  • Develop relationships with specific university careers services teams, student clubs, and other campus influencers that will offer opportunities to identify and recruit top talent from each university
  • Assist with campus calendar and logistics including event registration, event details, training on electronic resume submission process, and shipping schedule for event materials
  • Facilitate on or off campus interviews, including posting positions with universities, performing initial resume review, and coordinating interview details with hiring managers and candidates
  • Assist with resume review and forward resumes to appropriate personnel
  • Assist with offer letters drafts related to university recruiting
  • Arrange travel and lodging for select applicants as required
  • Post and update jobs on university career center websites
  • Maintain company profile with select universities
  • Assist with candidate follow-up during the hiring process and post hire
