The University Registrar is responsible for maintaining all records related to student academic progress, academic policy, and curricular details. Additionally, the University Registrar is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state and other reporting requirements related to the functions of the office, working closely with other university offices as appropriate. The University Registrar also works closely with all departments to support strategic goals for enrollment, retention, persistence, and graduation. The University Registrar supports the university’s quality improvement efforts by focusing on improving the performance and accuracy of owned processes that have direct or indirect impact on related departmental and/or institutional results. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, submitting data to state and federal reporting agencies, supporting enrollment and student services, supporting strategic initiatives and academic improvements, and verifying student enrollment.
