About The Position

The Role Korn Ferry is searching for a Campus or University Recruiter who will act as a campus and partnerships liaison to support one of our RPO clients - remotely from your professional home office anywhere in the United States. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Liaison will build a world class campus and partnership program. This role focuses on high touch candidate and university relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Liaison is the subject matter expert around early talent development and building a long-term sustainable strategy.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year
  • 3+ years of university recruitment experience
  • 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence change
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience organizing campus events
  • Previous engagement in strategy and execution for national partnerships and conferences (such as SWE, SHPE, NSBE, SASE)

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic partnerships with client campus teams around to define and execute partner school engagement including identifying types and number of campus events per school and target programs and degrees
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to strategically plan, execute and optimize participation in major conferences and events (including NSBE, SWE, SHPE, SASE), overseeing talent engagement activities to ensure alignment with hiring goals and demonstrated ROI
  • Set roadmap to build long term relationships with identified Universities and programs.
  • Develop a strong pipeline for both entry level positions and internships within the client’s business.
  • Build strong relationships with students to promote client as employer of choice by effectively communicating position, opportunity and client value proposition.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities with client campus and conference teams.
  • Organize and maximize quality for all related events such as career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations and interviews panels.
  • Track and present all University and internship related metrics to client campus and executive teams.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of campus liaisons and coordinators, supporting their professional development, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement across campus partnership
