The University Account Manager at Off Campus Partners is responsible for managing and strengthening university partnerships within an assigned territory to ensure an exceptional client experience and drive long-term renewals. This role requires a strategic, data-driven, and relationship-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on measurable results, proactive engagement, and business growth. Serving as the primary liaison for university clients, the University Account Manager leads renewal strategy, supports cross-functional collaboration, and ensures partner needs are met in alignment with Off Campus Partners' broader goals.
