About The Position
The Universal Worker will assist with activities of daily living, provide basic care to residents, and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Assist residents to ensure safety and comfort of residents
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with Resident Activity events
- Assist with meals
- Cleaning duties
- Assist, monitor, and administer medications under the RN delegation
