About The Position

The Assisted Living Coordinator is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of our Assisted Living facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality care, staff coordination, and ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, hospital, or senior living environment preferred
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience including hiring, coaching, scheduling, and staff management
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and stretching
  • Regular use of a computer for scheduling, documentation, and communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead and champion the Universal Care Manager model across the community
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training team members
  • Oversee staff scheduling, staffing levels, and review daily timekeeping reports
  • Facilitate and maintain Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) for residents
  • Coordinate resident in-services and assist in health care collaboration with relevant teams
  • Conduct Family Meetings before move-in to review resident profiles and needs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company standards
  • Manage departmental supplies and budget
  • Monitor for changes in resident conditions and take appropriate action
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Resident Services book
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
