Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility that started in 2001 located in Duluth, MN. Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single level living in mind. Summary/Objective: Ensure that the hiring, onboarding, and training process are effectively managed. Ensure that sites have adequate staffing to meet resident needs. Typical weekday schedule with on-call rotation for staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Time Management, the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and complete onboarding paperwork.
  • Ensure that all applicants are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Ensure that all staff are set up for proper training videos, and that they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor training videos and annual education to ensure it is completed timely.
  • Coordinate floor training with new employees, ensure they are comfortable in the training process.
  • Coordinate skills test out with DON.
  • Produce monthly schedule for staff and keep up to date with all changes.
  • Approving employee Timecards bi-weekly.
  • Communicate concerns of call-ins to Administrator.
  • Place Medline order weekly (nursing & housekeeping supplies).
  • Track your spending in Sage Expense Management.
  • Enter chargeable supplies into Residex weekly.
  • Regular and consistent attendance required.
  • When needed, be able and willing to assist on Resident Cares.
  • On-call Rotation with staff call in’s and needs.
  • Able to work all shifts including weekends.
